Our subsidiary Toray Carbon Magic Co., Ltd. provide insights into how to optimize part design by utilizing specialized composite-centric simulation technology to create optimal carbon fiber structures and advise with material selection. Design factors include bonding, connection and lamination design.

Utilizing our design expertise learned through the development of racing cars, we design the structure of CFRP products to make the most of the characteristics of the composite, including the integration of parts and a hollow structure.

Developed by our subsidiary Toray Engineering Co., Ltd, 3D TIMON™ is the industry-standard plastic molding simulation tool and is used to optimize the manufacture and development of a diverse range of product applications across multiple material processing technologies over 35 years.
